Navigating the financial path to higher education can be challenging. UHEAA and StepUp Utah help individuals understand how to prepare early for college costs. This session is designed to provide information about savings, scholarships, the FAFSA, and the various forms of Federal Student Aid (Grants, Work Study, and Student Loans).

Jacob Newman holds an M.A. in TESOL from BYU and previously worked for a nonprofit that provides English courses to Utah's refugees.

Steve Rogers serves as UHEAA Outreach Manager. He has worked in higher education for over 10 years and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Idaho State University.
