This session will provide a general overview of significant factors in working with sexual and/or gender diverse youth. Attention will be focused on a brief historical overview about this topic, current contextual realities and emerging trends for youth who are dealing with identity diversity, and basic strategies for engagement within a conservative ideological and religious environment.
