We will share our life stories and knowledge about choosing to live a healthy lifestyle that gives honor to our language, heritage and culture. Looking and living this life from a place of Hozho has and continues to impact our lives in positive ways.  We do this for our grandchildren.

Delbert Dickson

Health Maintenance Coordinator, Utah Navajo Health Systems Inc
Delbert Dickson has worked for Utah Navajo Health Systems for 5 years. His current job title is Health Maintenance Coordinator. Two of the 5 years, he has worked with the Behavioral Health Department's Methamphetamine Suicide Prevention Intervention program at MVHS.

Lorissa Jackson

Teacher, Monument Valley High School
Lorissa Jackson has taught Business for 27 years in San Juan School District and just recently has begun teaching Navajo Language.
