Student and parent challenges including emotional disregulation, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, interpersonal conflict, and unhealthy coping skills are a major problem in our state and schools.DBT is a method of therapy that has been empirically proven to support those with said difficulties, and its philosophy and skills can be applied successfully in the school setting.
