Circles are used as a restorative process, aimed at building collaboration, respect, and positive behavior among students. Circles can be used to help resolve conflicts between individuals or to address academic issues that focus on restoration in lieu of punishment and their goal is to repair harm. Circles build trusting relationships and promote peer leadership in the school.
