The session is a description of Procedural Justice and its practical application. Procedural Justice is a set of criteria that people use when they evaluate their experiences with authorities (decision- makers). Procedural Justice is an evidence based practice used in Juvenile Justice Services in providing services for youth and families.

Jim Miller

Worked for Juvenile Justice Services for 23 years. Has worked in Home Detention, Diversion, Secure Care, Observation and Assessment and currently the ALTA Transition Unit. Worked for the Granite School District for 10 years in the Youth in Custody Program.

Siosifa Tafisi

Sifa Tafisi is currently the Assistant Program Director for Salt Lake Early Intervention. He has worked for Juvenile Justice Services for nearly 18 years. He currently oversees three programs.
