In recent years, the Courts and Office for Civil Rights have received an increasing amount of complaints about students with disabilities not receiving accommodations in atypical programs, including sports, clubs, advanced classes, performing arts, and language immersion. Come learn practical strategies on how to provide equitable access to all students and avoid these problems!
