I am a School Counselor at Provo eSchool. I earned a bachelors in education at BYU, raised 3 kiddos, then earned a Masters is School Counseling at the University of Phoenix. I have been a school counselor at Utah Virtual Academy and eSchool where I have worked with many students who have anxiety. I have used many of the M and Ms strategies in groups, counseling, and at home. My mantra is "You can't change other people, you can only change yourself" (just ask my 3 grown kids, who heard this statement often while growing up, and slowly learned how powerful it is ).
