Airen serves as Utah Dispute Resolution's Youth Program Coordinator. She provides instruction on conflict resolution and mediation skills for at-risk youth, primarily at the Horizonte High School. Airen holds a Masters degree in psychology with an emphasis in mediation and conflict resolution. She s a Utah State court-rostered mediator and has her private practice, Goodman Mediation & Resolution Services. She is also is the administrator with Utah Council on Conflict Resolution. Previously, Airen has worked as a supervisor with 4 the Youth, Inc. in Pleasant Grove, where she has served as a proctor/foster parent, youth mentor and counselor for at-risk youth in state custody. She also worked on the mobile crisis outreach team as a youth specialist with the University of Utah Neuropsychiatric Institute
Joshua Bell has worked in education for the past seventeen years and spent the past ten of which in school administration. With experience from elementary to adult education, Joshua has spent the majority of his career in education serving at-risk students. Joshua earned his Master's Degree in Administration and Educational Leadership from the University of Virginia's Curry School of Education. Joshua has worked in jails, school districts, charter schools and in the federal Job Corps program. Joshua is currently the Principal of Salt Lake City School District's Adult and Alternative High School Programs at Horizonte Instruction and Training Center.
